As part of this exciting journey, they are seeking a skilled CRM Manager to join their team and drive customer loyalty and engagement.

Role Overview:

The CRM Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy that builds on existing foundations. This role involves optimising current customer flows, planning and delivering campaigns to nurture a loyal customer base, and enhancing subscriber retention strategies. The CRM Manager will also refine and grow our client’s referral program. If you have a passion for retention marketing and an interest in longevity-related health, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Strategy: Define and refine strategies to maximise customer retention and loyalty through email, SMS, subscription models, and referral programs.
  • Klaviyo Expertise: Manage and optimise email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, including segmentation, automation, and targeted communication.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct tests to optimise email performance, including content, subject lines, and send times.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key metrics, provide insights, and deliver regular reports to improve CRM campaigns and database performance.
  • Subscriber Retention: Enhance strategies to reduce churn, reward loyal customers, and increase subscriber count and average order value (AOV).

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in eCommerce CRM management within a health and wellness brand.
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo, with a deep understanding of customer segmentation and campaign optimisation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative thinking and an eye for design, with a results-oriented mindset.
