Reporting to Customer Director, the Senior CRM Manager will take full strategic, operational and analytical responsibility for growing our database and increasing our retention rate/CLTV.
As the Senior CRM Data & Planning Manager you will own the customer strategy (acquisition and retention), planning, delivery (campaign setup) and evaluation. This role will define and optimise our customer journeys in our Bloomreach CDP (customer data platform) and across all our customer touchpoints.
70% of the role will be analysing data and putting forward recommendations. Therefore, you will be proficient in customer data analysis (incl. SQL) and you will have a strong drive for test and learn.
You will work closely with the Brand Marketing team to ensure optimal brand execution.
Effective management of customer database and CRM activities
Strong stakeholder management and reporting performance
Key management of third parties including (Bloomreach)
Percentages across Retention/ Acquisition
To become the Senior CRM Data & Planning Manager - you will (ideally) need:
Analytics experience - spreadsheets, SQL etc
Experience as a CRM professional for a good number of years
Specialising in Buying, Merchandising & Ecommerce | Design, Technical, Wholesale & Production | Finance | HR & Talent | H&S & Compliance | Marketing, Digital & Technology | Property & Centre Management | Retail, Trade, Leisure & Wholesale Operations | Senior Appointments & Exec | Sales | Supply Chain & Logistics
