Vonage strive to innovate and enhance thair customers’ ability to communicate within today’s digital, cloud and real-time business environment. Their sales team is composed of highly-motivated, energetic and customer-focused Team Members that expand existing accounts/channels and find new clients for company products and services.

As an outbound Business Development Representative you will be responsible for creating, identifying, and qualifying new sales opportunities. Your final goal will be to schedule meetings with qualified prospects, and pass them on to our Sales counterparts as qualified opportunities.

As a Vonage API outbound Sales representative, you will be the very first point of contact a potential customer will have with a Vonage API and play a vital role not only in generating sales pipeline, but helping us refine sales and marketing strategy based on your interactions and successes with prospects.

you will have a chance to learn and develop skills on B2B technology sales, marketing and more. We are growing rapidly and we expect our team to grow to more senior positions (Sales, Senior Sales, Management) across the organisation as we gain experience and achieve high levels of performance.

Conduct prospecting, lead generation, and lead qualification activities, including scheduling appointments for Account Managers through various channels such as phone/video calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Utilize creative internet research and social media monitoring/messaging, including LinkedIn Navigator and other sales tools, to identify new leads aligned with our product offerings and market needs.
Tailor sales campaigns by researching prospects' goals, market trends, and pain points, and create customized materials such as email templates, presentations, and videos.
Gather actionable information on clients' needs and maintain detailed records in our CRM system.
Collaborate closely with marketing, account managers, and sales leadership to ensure consistent messaging and alignment in territory strategy.
Achieve monthly targets for qualified appointments and new sales opportunities.

A proactive mindset and willingness to engage with prospects over the phone.
Generate a target number of qualified leads each month for the sales team using outbound outreach methods such as email, cold calls, and social selling.
Experience working with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales research tools.
Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing ambitious sales targets and quotas.
Previous experience in Sales Development or Sales for API-based, fast-paced SaaS companies with hands-on experience in lead generation and sales research.
Fluency in English and native proficiency in French, German, or Spanish (proficiency in Arabic, Russian, or Hebrew is a plus).
The working pattern for this role is Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office
