Humanforce is growing and is on the hunt for an exceptional Sales Development Representative that will contribute to our continued growth throughout EMEA.
You will be joining a small but mighty team focused on enterprise opportunities, reporting into the EMEA Sales Director and playing an integral role in driving net new business at Humanforce.
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be focussed on outbound prospecting and converting leads into pipeline opportunities. 
You are a motivated sales professional who has had proven success of growing territories, you are a problem solver and a natural networker that will bring the Humanforce story to life in your territory focusing on key customers and partners.
Conduct outbound prospecting to identify qualified sales opportunities. 
Meet business-defined key performance indicators (KPIs) such as number of calls, emails, sales accepted opportunities, etc. 
Collaborate with our teams to hone and develop new and meaningful outreach strategies. 
Research and identify potential customers through various data sources. 
Maintain accurate and timely reporting in Salesforce and other systems. 
~ Drive outreach and engagement through hit lists of potential clients and execute outreach campaigns using various communication methods, including cold calling, attending events, email marketing, and social media engagement.
~ Adhere to internal processes and guidelines to ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulatory and cultural requirements. 

Experience in Human Capital Management industry encompassing Workforce Management, HR and Payroll
