You will engage in meaningful conversations with businesses across the country to explore how we can improve their employee experience, creating new sales qualified prospects (SQPs) for our Account Executives to close.

As an ambitious Sales Development Representative , you have the unrivalled potential to make a difference to people’s lives, all whilst earning uncapped commission.

Generate interest through multiple channels - email, calls, LinkedIn, video
Deliver great customer service to prospects throughout all aspects of the sales process - first impressions count
Scheduling demos with qualified prospects for the Account Executives
Updating/maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads in the CRM & ensuring good data hygiene
Collaborating with the Sales Development Representative team including sharing of best practises, peer to peer training and constant learning
Collaborate & communicate with Account Executives for smooth lead handover/conversion

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships. 

At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience
Contract :
Location - London with hybrid working
Full-time, with potential flexibility for the right candidate, including discussions around part-time or flexible hours or a remote office setup.
Compensation is planned to be a mix of base salary and commission potential flexibility for the right candidate
