Internship Sales Development Representative

As a sales development representative, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, pitching solutions, and creating and developing customer relationships.
We’re looking for an experienced BDR/SDR with a software sales background to join their team. In addition to outbound prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc) the sales development specialist will qualify and nurture inbound leads (webinars, contact forms, registrations, etc).
Prospect for new sales opportunities via cold calling
Develop and maintain a prospect database
Deep account/contact profiling
Ability to effectively communicate clear benefit case to senior management
Provide feedback to marketing on the quality of programs
Have experience working in a sales role with a proven track record
Astute written and verbal communication/sales skills – must be confident communicating with executives and senior leadership
Attention to detail – values process and data integrity
Creative and strong business acumen – must be able to intelligently identify pain points and present relevant solutions to senior contacts
Self-starter – creative and motivated to try unique sales and marketing techniques
Be proficient in using a CRM
