Global Settlement team is responsible for the accuracy, timeliness and compliance of the AR and AP of the e-commerce logistics business. This role will look to support the billing and settlement product building, launching, training and landing.
Participate in daily settlement operation approval and inspection, correct deviations from SOP requirements, prevent and resolve risks;
- Insight into the bottleneck and operational risks of the settlement process, organize the review of bad cases, and continuously improve the team's working efficiency and safety awareness;
- Improve the settlement system requirements, continuously optimize the online settlement process, and ensure the accuracy of settlement data and the stability of the system operation;
- Collaborate with departments such as finance, taxation and law to develop settlement systems and SOPs, train and guide the team, and ensure the standardization and compliance of settlement operations;
- Monitor the fluctuation of settlement data, deep dive into the reasons for abnormal data and timely warn risks, and promote the quality standards of upstream and downstream operational data;
- supervise the implementation of settlement terms of contract, and evaluate and correct the process and results.
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance/accounting or related fields
- More than 5 years of relevant work experience in logistics, settlement, internal control, audit, familiar with the settlement process risks in logistics scenarios, and those with experience in settlement quality control of medium and large Internet enterprises are preferred;
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and solid data analysis skills.
Has rich experience in Finance, Logistics and Billing related system deployment, improvements, or building
- Be very familiar with logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operation
- Experience in dealing with Chinese vendors and working situations;
- Data-oriented with experience in creating logical planning models based on historical learnings, a preferred skillset in SQL or Python.
