This role will support the implementation and development of strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue. This role is also responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and analyzing sales data to identify areas for growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the implementation of comprehensive sales strategies to meet targets and expand our customer base in the conventional power sector.
Identify target markets and customer segments to drive revenue growth for the Branch.
Generate leads through various channels, qualify leads, ensure that is properly segmented and converted into sales opportunities.
Gather market data and competitive insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and offer tailored solutions. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.
Identify new business opportunities for the branch, research potential markets, industries, and partnerships to expand the company's customer portfolio.
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, Technical and finance to ensure alignment of sales activities with overall business objectives.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

Profile

Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or any relevant field, MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience with 3 years' experience in a senior role in the conventional power systems industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in CRM software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
Proven experience in sales and business development, and client relationship management.
