  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile customers, ensuring their needs are met. You’ll be the go-to contact for customers, providing them with accurate information and exceptional service.
  • Order Management: Manage the end-to-end order process, from sending timely and accurate quotations to entering orders on CRM and ERP systems. You’ll also ensure seamless communication between the Operations and Sales teams to ensure accurate order execution.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Use aftermarket tools to analyse customer growth opportunities and provide the Head of Sales with regular updates on key performance indicators. You’ll also participate in pricing activities by analysing spending trends and suggesting market pricing.

Your essential skills:

  • Sales experience (2-5 years required): Proven track record in sales, particularly within a technical or industrial environment. Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Science sectors is ideal.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn and understand a product range, including the function and benefits. You should be comfortable discussing technical details with customers.

  • Organisational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You should be comfortable working with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who can take initiative and work independently to achieve sales targets.

What’s in it for you:

  • Competitive base salary.
  • Attractive bonus scheme.
  • Uncapped commission.
  • Private healthcare
  • Many other benefits
