Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the implementation of comprehensive sales strategies to meet targets and expand our customer base in the conventional power sector.
  • Identify target markets and customer segments to drive revenue growth for the Branch.
  • Generate leads through various channels, qualify leads, ensure that is properly segmented and converted into sales opportunities.
  • Gather market data and competitive insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and offer tailored solutions. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities for the branch, research potential markets, industries, and partnerships to expand the company's customer portfolio.
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, Technical and finance to ensure alignment of sales activities with overall business objectives.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.


Profile


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or any relevant field, MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with 3 years' experience in a senior role in the conventional power systems industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, and client relationship management.
