With a strong emphasis on prework assessments, on-site supervision, and comprehensive aftercare services, they ensure that every project, whether residential or commercial, meets and exceeds their customers' expectations.
Their diverse project portfolio spans new builds, house refurbishments, garages, warehouses, factories, offices, supermarkets, and medical centres. With a strong foothold in both the residential and commercial sectors, they are dedicated to delivering excellence in every project we undertake.
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in their continued growth and success. Developing and maintaining strong networks in the construction and renovation industries.
Creating and implementing strategic business development plans to generate new opportunities.
Promoting our services, showcasing our commitment to quality, and building trust with potential clients.
Collaborating with the operations team to ensure that projects are executed seamlessly.
Ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction through our comprehensive aftercare services.
Proven experience in a flooring, plastering, or dry lining company.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
A track record of delivering results in a business development or sales role.
Additionally, we are open to negotiating a package for the right candidate, including a company car allowance.
