Position Overview:
To support current growth and demand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager’s to join our team in these recently established roles. Reporting to the Commercial Director, the chosen candidates will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth within their designated regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Provide technical expertise and support to clients regarding our range of products and solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Requirements / Preferable Experience:

5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in the built environment industry.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Technical understanding of rebar products and construction processes is advantageous.
Willingness to travel within the designated region as required.
