- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Action all customer service desk tickets and prioritise and investigate accordingly
- Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, warehousing and transportation to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Ensure all weekly and monthly reporting targets are met
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative role
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Team working and customer focused attitude
- Knowledge of Inventory Management Systems and warehouse practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel
- Be able to take minutes effectively
