**Job Title: Service Administrator (12 month Fixed-Term-Contract)**
**Location: Telford, Shropshire**
**Salary: £25,000 - £26,000, 25 Days Holiday Plus Bank Holidays, Company Pension, Life Assurance, Healthcare, Full Training.**

We have a 12-month fixed-term contract available for a Service Administrator to join an established manufacturing business based in Telford. This is a global organisation who has an excellent reputation, along with a strong product line, allowing them to upholdtheir position as a market leader within their industry.
**Responsibilities of the role**:

- You shall take calls from customers, providing solutions by liaising with the relevant suppliers/engineering support, as well as giving regular progress updates on the equipment repair status.
- You will emphasise on upholding customer satisfaction and scheduling jobs effectively to optimise utilisation of engineering resource and equipment throughout the UK.
- You may be required to raise internal purchase orders and invoices.
- General administration duties
- Previous experience in a Customer Service, or Administration role
- Strong organisation, communication, and multi-tasking skills
- Experience working with IT/Computer systems
