Our Client

Have you sold a brand new product, idea, solution to an audience which is ground-breaking before? If so then read on.

Our client are a MedTech start-up who have created a revolutionary piece of technology that has the potential to transform the way depression is treated in the UK and beyond. Their product is highly scalable, already being used across the NHS and private clinics, and is unlike anything else on the market. They have raised over $20m in investment so far and are now at an exciting stage of growth, so are looking to hire an Account Executive to drive new client acquisition.

What You’ll Get

As an Account Executive, you can expect a basic salary of £50-70k with an uncapped commission structure. They have a super flexible hybrid working model but you will need to be able to spend at least 1 day a fortnight in the office in London. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growth MedTech start-up at a really exciting time, the right candidate will be able to build the sales function from the ground up and build a team around them.

What You’ll Do

As an Account Executive, you will work directly with the Head of Growth on driving new business. This will involve managing the full sales cycle, with the ultimate goal of getting clinicians to try the product, and integrate it into their treatment offerings. You will take a proactive approach to getting in front of potential clients, and will be happy working in the field and taking the product directly to prospects to try – you need to be a real hustler

What You’ll Need

As an Account Executive, you will have proven B2B sales experience within a start-up, and will know what it’s like to convince a target audience to try something completely new. You will be proactive in your approach to sales, be a true hustler and will be confident using a multi-channel approach to get in front of prospects. The right candidate will have the opportunity to build a team around them, so you will have a growth mindset and want to be a key player in driving this business forward at this exciting next stage of their journey. You don’t need to have a background in MedTech, but it’s definitely a bonus
