Job Description

New business and Marketing Director / Agency side / London

A very unique opportunity to join this purpose-led agency as they embark on the next chapter in their success. Due to team expansion and continued growth, there is now an opening to join this agency and be a part of their unique consultancy with a purpose-led strategy. They are looking for an experienced New business and Marketing Director who ideally has experience within corporate affairs, B2B, or employee engagement.

About the role
  • Lead marketing and growth for the agency and target brands/sectors.
  • Work strategically with the founders on new pitches.
  • Manage team members/suppliers.
  • Work on case study creation and management.
  • Interpret report insights.
Experience required
  • Ideally 8+ years experience in a similar role/B2B.
  • Able to operate at a strategic level as well as a practical one.
  • Strong storytelling skills, business acumen, creative understanding, and commitment to quality.
  • Understanding of Corporate Affairs and Employee Engagement.
  • Experience working with Multinational corporations.
  • Experience developing marketing and growth strategies.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools, for example, managing content.

This role suits someone who has the above experience and can demonstrate this at interview, and also has experience of Corporate Affairs within a B2B context. It would also suit someone within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment who is adaptable to things changing quickly.
