As a Clinical Practice Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the professional standards within our nursing teams. Your responsibilities will encompass the efficient delivery of comprehensive educational programmes tailored for both new recruits and experienced nursing staff. You will collaborate on, and potentially lead, the development of onboarding processes for nursing personnel.
On a day-to-day basis, you will spearhead educational initiatives designed not only to meet regulatory requirements but also to enhance the quality of care provided. Registered Nurse (RN) with an active NMC PIN
First-level degree in Paediatric Nursing
Post-graduate certificate in education coupled with a recognised mentorship qualification
Extensive experience in clinical education, with a substantive background in the relevant nursing speciality
Post-graduate module in Practice Education
