Compass Associates are proud to be working in with a multi-national private healthcare group in their search for a Theatre Clinical Practice Facilitator for their private hospital in Marylebone. The hospital is world-leading in the acute care it provides, providing pioneering surgeries at the forefront of the industry while also specialising in Oncology, Cardiology and Neurosciences.

Essential Requirements
- Registered Practitioner with NMC/HCPC registration
- Considerable experience within Perioperative process.
- Excellent understanding of standards of practice and ability to implement.
- Previous experience within a leadership role.
- Practitioners with previous experience in complex surgery preferred but not essential
- Evidence of progression within their role
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for high quality patient safety and care
