Clinical Practice Educator in Theatres

Job Description:
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Theatre Staff member to join our team as a Clinical Practice Educator in Theatres. As a key member of our perioperative education team, you will be responsible for identifying and promoting evidence-based clinical practice within the Operating Theatre Departments.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Universities to develop formal education strategies for students in theatre and qualified staff development, ensuring links between theory and practice are securely comprehended and implemented.
In addition to this, the post holder will undertake audits and assist in the development of professional educational policies, standards, and best practice guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- To identify and promote evidence-based clinical practice within the Operating Theatre Departments.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
