A highly motivated and enthusiastic Operating Department Practitioner is required to join our anaesthetic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating the training and development of the theatre healthcare workforce, including RNs, ODPs, Student Nurses, Paramedics, Apprentices, and Theatre Support Workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the theatre healthcare workforce.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Practice Educators in Theatres and Recovery to promote an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ensure the logistical and procedural processes within the team reflect the highest standards of governance and clinical effectiveness.
