About the Role:

This role will involve supporting individuals and teams to deliver safe, high-quality and effective patient care that is responsive to the needs of our patients. You will have an impressive level of Spinal or Neuro knowledge and a minimum of 3 years' experience working in the theatre setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely preparing operating theatres for procedures
  • Supporting surgeons during operations
  • Maintaining accurate records of patient care and treatments
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

About the Team:

You will be part of a vibrant and professional team that provides a supportive environment for career development and growth. Our theatres across three buildings offer state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus benefits such as private healthcare insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
