Sales Director, Retail Planning

As a Sales Specialist your primary focus will be to cultivate and expand our network of wellness-focused partners across various geographies, initiating in the UK. This role demands a dynamic individual who can innovate and navigate through the wellness industry, ensuring profitable partnerships and a sustainable network.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach efforts.Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and in-store meetings. Identify, research, and target prospective pharmacies chains, lifestyle and wellness stores, hotels, spas, and yoga studios to join our network. Develop and execute strategic plans to secure partnerships, ensuring alignment with our brand and mutual profitability.

~ Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Present the ripple⁺ range to potential clients through effective sales presentations and product demonstrations. Relationship Management: Nurture relationships with current and potential partners, ensuring a robust, satisfied, and engaged network. Sales Strategy: Formulate and implement sales strategies targeting diverse wellness-focused establishments. Organize and participate in events, workshops, and forums to foster network expansion and brand recognition.

~ Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor approaches, and to identify new opportunities for network expansion. Performance Management: Monitor, evaluate, and report on sales outcomes and partner network performance using CRM platforms. Utilise these tools to effectively manage partner information and sales funnel activities.

~ Coordinate contract negotiations, partnership onboarding, and order processing, ensuring smooth operations and successful partnerships.

Experience: 3+ years in a sales or business development role, preferably within the wellness, retail, or related industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Proficient in relationship management and network building.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Goal-oriented and performance-driven.
