This is a unique opportunity for a Business Development manager with a proven track record within HR to join a leading accountancy firm within their People team. Their approach is centered on providing flexible, commercial and pragmatic people consultancy support across HR, H&S, L&D, Organisational Development and Whistleblowing Services.
They are a growing business on a journey to become a leading national player in the UK & Ireland for people consultancy services. Actively seeking a Business Development Manager to take a lead role in building new business for the People team in London and South East England.
Working closely with the Commercial Director to define the sales strategy for your region.
Working to sales targets agreed as part of the sales strategy.
Leading sales activities for HR, H&S and Whistleblowing compliance services with a focus on lead generation & conversion.
Establishing a network of commercial relationships with third parties and the wider business community.
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, with a focus on profitability and client satisfaction.
Working in conjunction with the Marketing team to ensure sales are approached and achieved in line with the overall branding.
Minimum five years of experience in sales, ideally within HR.
Ambitious individual ideally holding a senior-level role and has a demonstrable track record of growing profitability, ideally demonstrating geographic and client growth.
A strong industry network of potential new business, recruits or partner agencies.
Strong and passionate closer of sales.
