Job Title: *Luxury Sales Manager - UK South

Smyth & Co are excited to be seeking a highly motivated and experienced *Sales Manager *to join our client’s team, focusing on the *luxury 5 star hotel segment* within the *UK South Region. *
The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in sales, particularly within the 5 star hotel industry, and have a deep understanding of *luxury consortias* and travel agencies. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, eager to exceed targets, and willing to travel extensively, primarily in the UK, European, and US markets, with potential explorations in other regions.
*Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the high end segment across our client's luxury 5 star hotel
* Collaborate with the Associate Director of Sales and Director of Sales to define and execute the Action Plan for the luxury segment, ensuring alignment with the hotels' objectives
* Manage existing high end accounts and cultivate new relationships with local luxury accounts
* Provide input from the destination to contribute to the company's Luxury Sales Strategy
* Supervise the correct preparation and implementation of sales site inspections for various segments in the sales area
*Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales within the luxury 5 star hotel service and hospitality industry, with a focus on the Luxury Sales segment
* Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to anticipate future trends and develop effective strategies
* Commercial acumen and ability to make informed, strategic decisions
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with Opera software is desirable
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional sales results
*15% bonus based on performance.
* Travel allowance to support extensive travel requirements.
