As our new Sales Manager, you will take the responsibility to develop and coach your team, while having a direct impact on the design and implementation of our sales strategy.

You will coach a talented team of Account Executives, helping them achieve their renewal and growth targets, while supporting their career growth.

You will also implement our prospecting strategy, reviewing, adapting, and improving it as necessary, and reporting on metrics to drive decision making to maximise performance. Led by our new Sales Director, David Hunter who has over 2 decades of experience in taking international research sales teams to the next level at Gartner, you will work in close partnership with our industry experts to develop strategies designed to develop new sales streams, and to grow existing ones.

Managing a team of Account Executives and providing hands-on, high-impact coaching.
• Supporting your team with territory planning and pipeline management to maximise growth.
• Driving quality pipeline management discipline across the team, for example by coaching your team to progress opportunities through the pipeline to closure.
• Developing opportunities using a value-based sales process.
• Supporting your team’s success through hands-on coaching, including with client meetings and relationship building.
• Establishing strong internal relationships and collaborating with our experts to understand how to best sell the impact of our content to clients.
• Collecting, analysing, and reporting on sales metrics, to analyse the performance of the team, and actioning changes to positively impact performance.
