We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive operational excellence and lead our team to new heights.

The client is a leading player in the Care Home industry, dedicated to providing deluxe residential and complex care to their residents. With a commitment to innovation and service excellence, they strive to exceed the expectations of their clients and stakeholders.

As the COO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational strategy and executing key initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and optimize resource allocation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans and execute business objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve targets.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure sound financial management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, experience in operations management in the Care Home Industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and drive organizational transformation.
