Shipping Coordinator
12 Month Contract, Great Yarmouth
NES Fircroft are working with a large oil and gas company who is looking for a Shipping Coordinator to work with them on an initial 12 month contract basis at their warehouse in Great Yarmouth.
Then successful candidate will be expected to perform all activities involving Co-ordination of materialsfor shipment offshore and returns from offshore. These include but not limited to, completingload-list, discharge list & SAP Manifest. This is a 12 month contract role working Monday to Friday based at their Warehouse in GreatYarmouth.
Building load-list in line with material requirements offshore.
Maintaining Cargo Discharge list from offshore.
Regular communication with company Operations planners in line with shipping schedule.
Maybe required to be on call for evenings and weekends.
Complete final Quality Assurance checks prior to CCUs being shipped.
Operational site HSE lead and Fire Safety log co-ordinator.
Computer literate with well-developed IT skills across Microsoft suite, specifically excel.
Solutions based with strong planning, organising and numeric skills, and an excellent attention to detail.
Forklift Licence. (Full Driving Licence.
