Head of Recruitment and Agent Attraction - Full time
£40-£45K PA plus commissions
Remote / Hybrid (Commutable x2 days per week initially to Northampton)

Do you have a passion for Estate / Letting Agency?
Have you experience working in the Property Industry?
Are you an advocate of the Self Employed options for agents?
Do you feel strongly that SE is the future of UK Estate Agency?
Have you experience in recruiting?
Have you experience in coaching, mentoring, developing and inspiring Estate Agents?
Are you considered a "thought leader" in the self employed space already?

If you have answered Yes to all of the above then I would like to talk to you about this exciting new role as Head of Recruitment and Agent Attraction for a new franchise offering for Estate and letting Agents who want to run their own Business in a supportive and collaborative environment.

This Agency has a huge agent attraction offering and will compete highly with the offerings currently in the Self Employed Agency space
