Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's overall objectives
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and employee development
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the timely and effective hiring of qualified candidates
Manage employee relations issues by investigating complaints and resolving conflicts in a fair and objective manner
Design and deliver HR training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce

Stay up-to-date with current labour laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk

Person Specification:
Education and Qualification:
~ Minimum of CIPD Level 5


Work Experience:
~ Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a multi-site organisation


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Lead the HR Team to meet multiple deadlines.
