Join an early-stage automation vendor with a clear PMF and lucrative equity opportunity
You are a SaaS sales manager with experience taking an early revenue company from founder-led sales and/or c£5m ARR to £20m+.
Experience building and scaling, including: Go-to-market strategy, outbound sales process, sales enablement around methodology to navigate complex lengthy sales process, and creating quotas/comp plans.
Technical sales experience (Automation, Integration, DevOps).
As the Global Sales Leader, you will drive a team of three (2 UK/1 US) as a hands-on manager, focused on expansion. You’ll develop and execute a scalable sales playbook to empower the team to achieve c£20m+ ARR in 2-3 years. You will have complete control over the direction of the sales team, hiring, processes, and GtM.
Headquartered in London, this SaaS automation platform has numerous high-profile enterprise clients on board, with many of them spending $750K-$1M ARR. This is the chance to join an exciting software vendor with a clear PMF, take ownership of the sales team, and take advantage of lucrative equity opportunities.
