We offer our clients unrivaled care and diligence in addition to regular monitoring of UK property law and global economic and financial movements.
We have a great opportunity for an experienced serviced accommodation manager who has gained experience in the full 360 of running a successful service accommodation and management operation portfolio. We are offering this role to the right individual who wants to build a long term career with us and are offering a salary with profit sharing to align the business objective of growing the portfolio to minimum target of 100 plus units over the next 18 months. Create and maintain relationships with new landlords and agents to ensure a steady housing supply
· Exercise sound business judgement, identify, investigate and analyse development opportunities, including innovative solutions
· Negotiate contract terms for new and renewed contracts
· Networking at property industry events to build new relationships with intermediaries, agents etc.
Candidate will have minimum 2 years work experience in the serviced apartment industry and be confident and well presented
· Professional communication skills in English (phone, e-mail, face-to-face)
· Good understanding of legal terminology and contract agreements
· We are offering a generous basic salary and a fantastic sales commission structure, with OTE in excess of 200k per annum
