About Our Client

My client are a leading provider of External Wall Insulation (EWI) systems, dedicated to transforming homes and businesses across the UK. As they expand their operations, they're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team.

Job Description

The primary responsibility for the Business Development Manager will be to drive new sales opportunities whilst developing existing relationships. Further responsibilities include:-

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales of their EWI systems.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and developers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets and revenue goals.


The Successful Applicant

The successful Business Development Manager will have:-

  • A proven track record in business development, preferably in the construction sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Knowledge of external wall insulation systems and their applications is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
  • Willingness to travel across the South of the UK as needed.
