Warranty Manager

Astute’s Power team is recruiting a Warranty Manager for a leading Energy from Waste company in the UK. If you have experience in a similar role on an Energy from Waste or other power station, apply today.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensure contractual obligations towards the client are fulfilled
  • Process client damage reports and maintain a cooperative relationship
  • Professionally represent the company and report project status to management and stakeholders
  • Coordinate annual maintenance with clients, partners, and internal departments
  • Ensure continuous information flow within the organisation and problem-solving
  • Lead regular client meetings and provide feedback to product managers
  • Handover projects to the service team and ensure HSE compliance

What we want from you:

  • Degree in engineering discipline or similar
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience on power stations, preferably Energy from Waste
  • Project management experience is highly beneficial
  • Commercial responsibility experience of £100k+

Personal skills:

  • Strong coordination and integration abilities
  • Assertiveness, flexibility, and resilience
  • Good product and process knowledge
