Designing, managing and advising on all T&F global reward policies and annual processes including salary reviews, benchmarking, pay equity, incentive pay and Executive renumeration plans through strong stakeholder partnerships with HR Operations, People Relations, Internal Communications, Group Reward, etc.
Partnering with the Director of People Transformation to build a global T&F reward strategy which underpins our business plan and is a significant driver in the achievement of the People Strategy.
Understanding the link between pay and performance and partner with the PL&OD and Culture teams to identify reward mechanisms which drive desired commercial outcomes, behaviours, and leadership.
Supporting the implementation of a new career architecture and pathways program through design of pay banding and subsequent analysis.
Provide advisory to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and business areas on both rewards strategy and time-sensitive operational matters including benchmarking and equal pay issues.
Lead, develop and line manage a Global Rewards Analyst to execute our annual Rewards cycle, building in continuous improvement initiatives and other Rewards projects as necessary.
Oversee the production of rewards reporting, including visualizations and presentations to senior leaders.
You will be a team player, happy to jump into live projects.
Have the ability to manage the annual rewards processes and projects independently, collaborating with the Rewards Analyst and other appropriate stakeholder groups for a smooth execution and excellent colleague experience.
Ability to influence business leaders by using data and insights to identify issues and recommend Reward solutions.
Strong systems knowledge and analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends using Excel, PowerBI or other data visualization tools
A solid HR grounding to support the wider People team from a reward perspective. Being a team player and happy to jump into live projects.
Experience leveraging HRIS and/or other systems and automation tools for Rewards processes, a plus would be experience with a new system implementation.
Experience managing a small team would be an advantage or providing indirect support and guidance to Rewards or Data Analyst colleagues.
Exposure to business transformation and experience
Project management experience strongly desired
This is a hybrid role with 3-4 days per week worked from home in the UK, and a requirement to work at least one of your office days from our office in Milton Park, Oxfordshire. You may also work from our office in Blackfriars Road, London.
