The Territory Sales Manager is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for overseeing and advancing sales activities within the designated territory. The incumbent will play a key role in achieving revenue targets, strategizing market penetration, and ensuring the overall success of our sales operations in Scotland.


Cultivate an in-depth understanding of BVI's medical devices, encompassing technical specifications, features, benefits, and potential applications.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations of medical devices to healthcare professionals.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or surpass sales targets, involving the identification of potential customers, prospecting, lead generation, and conversion.
Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure a unified approach in addressing customer needs and challenges.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights in CRM systems. Regularly update the company on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Ensure that all sales activities and interactions adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Be prepared for travel requirements, including meeting clients, attending conferences, and participating in trade shows, which may involve both local and national/international travel.
Qualification A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the medical device sector or within the hospital environment
Demonstrated track record in sales with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with the medical device sector, including an understanding of industry trends, products, and customer needs.
A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
