As an Event Project Manager , you’ll play a critical role in executing high-impact conferences, exhibitions, and brand activations that engage customers and strengthen international market presence.
You’ll join a fast-paced, collaborative marketing environment, managing multiple event projects simultaneously, ensuring flawless delivery, and aligning each experience with strategic business goals.
Manage end-to-end planning, logistics, and on-site delivery for European events.
Partner with marketing, creative, and external agencies to deliver engaging experiences.
Oversee budgets, production schedules, and post-event reporting.
Translate business objectives into effective event strategies and experiences.
Support the execution of regional event programmes that drive attendance and brand growth.
4–6 years’ experience in event operations, event marketing, or project management within tech or creative industries.
~ Proven success managing large-scale conferences or exhibitions.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally Adobe Express or Workfront
