Content Marketing Specialist

As we grow our operations team, Cloud International is looking for a Marketing specialist to join our Operations Team and drive our brand growth and engagement.
As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing content strategies that resonate with our target audience in the recruitment or sales sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating compelling and engaging content across various channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Content Creation:
Develop and produce high-quality, industry-specific content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media posts.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather insights and create content that addresses the unique needs and challenges of our target audience.
Content Strategy:
Contribute to the development of a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives and marketing goals.
Analyze market trends, competitor content, and industry best practices to stay ahead and ensure content relevance and differentiation.
Social Media Management:
Manage and curate content for social media platforms to build brand presence and engage with the target audience.
Monitor social media trends and industry discussions to capitalize on relevant topics and conversations.
Work closely with the marketing team, sales, and recruitment teams to align content initiatives with overall marketing and business strategies.
Ensure consistency of messaging and brand voice across all channels.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
~2-3 years of proven experience in content creation, preferably within the recruitment or sales industry.
~ Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
~ Proficiency in using content management systems and social media platforms.
