**The Opportunity.**

We are seeking a skilled and motivated B2B Content Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing and Communications team at Zuhlke. Based in our London office, this role sits within the Zuhlke UK team and reports to the Head of UK Marketing.
- You'll be responsible for supporting the region in delivering impact for our clients, prospects and talents against our strategic goals, by developing and executing a range of content marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, audience engagement and lead generation.

**Role Objective**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Global M&C, Business Practices and Market Units) to create a continuous pipeline of engaging content to drive audience engagement and conversion in the UK.
- Act as a bridge between the UK market and the Global Go-to-Market and Content teams, providing insights and leveraging global campaigns to supplement Zuhlke UK marketing content, and to bring benefit through Group Marketing synergies.

**Your role includes.**
- Manage the creation and distribution of content marketing assets through social media to build and nurture communities. Gather feedback and insights from communities to inform future marketing content and activities.
- Utilise SEO best practices to optimise content for search engines and drive organic traffic to the company website.
- Measure and analyse the performance of content marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and Ahrefs, and use insights to inform future strategy.
- Ensure that all marketing content aligns with our brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in B2B content marketing, and continuously seek out new opportunities to drive results.

**We would love to hear from you if you have the following...**
- Strong experience as a B2B content creation specialist or a more generalist B2B marketer with an interest in focusing on this area, preferably in the tech/digital agency sector.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and accurate content for various audiences and channels.
- Familiarity with SEO and optimizing content for search engines.
- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute successful content marketing initiatives.
- Proficient with data analysis and able to use insights to inform strategy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Detail-orientated and organised with strong project management skills.
