Coordinate and implement employee engagement and wellness initiatives
Manage office-related financial processes, including PO requests.
Support with travel arrangements
Monitor Facilities mailbox, handle corporate post/deliveries, and assist with boardroom setups.
Ensure a safe, clean, and professional office environment
Update office branding and communications on notice boards and screens.
Manage kitchen and stationery stock levels following appropriate processes.
Assist in preparing and sending communications related to the office workplace department.
Handle administrative tasks for departmental projects and support with company on boarding/off boarding.


Have worked in Office coordination or facilities before
Be able to work in the office 5 days a week
Have strong IT skills, Microsoft office, Excel and word
