**Office **Co-ordinator***

A long-standing Love Success client is looking for a proactive and professional **Office Co-ordinator** to help support them in running their busy London office in the heart of London. This **temporary role** will be paying £12.00 to £14.00 per hour dependent on experience. The working hours are 9 am - 5:30pm.

Key responsibilities:
**Invoices**
- Processing of invoices, including but not limited arranging payment, keeping all records and analysing expenditure trend.
- Communicating with internal and external parties if any issues of invoices

**Office admin**-S**upporting Office service manager**
- Helping Office Service Manager for works under office and facilities team, including but not limited to covering facilities issues, archiving, fixed assets management etc.
- Seating allocations - liaising with department heads and resolving seating clashes
- Any ad-hoc issues that occur including but not limited to covering Reception duties and responsibilities when necessary.

Skills, Experience & Competencies:

- Good communication skills with different parties
- Willingness and ability to learn
- Proactive individual who can use their initiative.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience working with confidential information
- Timely, articulate and organised individual
- Competent in Microsoft office
