22 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days with length of service.

As a Talent of the Broadwick Soho team, you will drive the idea of being a glorious hotel that embraces the spirit of Soho, alongside making our guests feel as comfortable as we do through our beliefs of being independent, embracing, generous and exquisite.
As Operations Duty Manager you will be responsible for supporting the Director of Rooms by overseeing operations for the Front of House team (Reception, Concierge, Door and Bell). You will handle various guest situations and incidents, acting as a representative of the management team.
You will also form a key part of the hotel response team to ensure all emergency situations are dealt with quickly and efficiently. You will be required to maintain a high level of presence throughout the whole property and ensure the overall smooth running of the hotel at all times. Working closely with all departments across the hotel to maximise efficiency and communication to ensure that service delivery across the hotel runs seamlessly.
You will work with brilliant talents across the hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.
