The Operations Duty Manager will be responsible for supporting the Director of Rooms by overseeing operations for the front-of-house team (Reception, Concierge, Door and Bell).You will oversee various guest situations and incidents, acting as a representative of the management team.
You will also form a key part of the hotel response team to ensure all emergencies are dealt with quickly and efficiently. You will be required to maintain a high level of presence throughout the whole property and ensure the overall smooth running of the hotel at all times.
Working closely with all departments across the hotel to maximise efficiency and communication to ensure that service delivery across the hotel runs seamlessly.
You will work with a brilliant team across all departments of the hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.
Experience in a luxury/lifestyle restaurant or bar or 5* luxury hotel operation
Great attention to detail and genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking with guests, colleagues and the senior leadership team
Able to work 40 hours per week including late evenings and weekends
