We are seeking a Customer Service Agent for a Local Authority Client based in North London.
In this role, you will connect residents with the support they need and to seamlessly connect them with services that they require.
Collaborate with other services to embed prevention and early intervention, ensuring residents with complex needs receive wrap-around support.
* Handle complex enquiries across various channels (telephone, face-to-face, email).
* Experience in complex customer service delivery, preferably in a front-line service provider environment.
* Salary: £19+per hour
*Contract type: 3-6 months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension
Hours: Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week
