This well-regarded professional membership body is seeking an Administrator to join them for a temporary duration (approx. 3-6 months).

Working closely with departmental managers and experienced executives you will be on hand to assist the team with various administrative/customer service requirements.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

- Accurately enter information on to the database/amend details where necessary
- Take telephone calls/forward to the relevant person/take detailed messages
- Take payment information and liaise with the finance team
- Support the manager & team, and carry out ad-hoc requests
- Assist with events administration/logistics
- Demonstrate high levels of client service
- Printing, scanning, photocopying and faxing and filing documents

This role is suited to somebody with an administrative & customer service background or a graduate looking for additional work experience.

Suitable applicants will have recent administration experience of a similar role, with solid customer service skills. Possessing strong IT to include MS office systems (Excel/Word essential); you will be proactive, enthusiastic and work well independently/as part of a team.

**Salary**: £9.00-£12.00 per hour
