**Payroll Administrator (Temp)**

**3-month FTC & Hybrid working**

Our client is an online gambling company. They are a dynamic and diverse group of individuals working together in a fast-paced environment, with the sole aim of providing accurate and useful financial information. This role is responsible for administeringthe payroll and reconciling all payroll related payments as well as providing support in administering HCM/ payroll software. Partnerships with external third parties ranging from public authorities to commercial partners. You will work closely with Financeand HR teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Preparation of monthly payroll
- Assisting with preparation of monthly payroll reports
- Reconciliations of control accounts
- Assisting with year-end audit (for any payroll related aspects)
- Administering auto-enrolment and processing pension payments
- Obtaining and updating costing allocation on Workday
- Maintaining ledger accounts set on Workday
- Assisting with the collation and analysis of data in respect of various statutory returns - PSA, P11Ds
- Identifying, initiating and project managing payroll systems development to streamline payroll data collection, capture and processing
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to manage a seamless payroll cycle
- Liaising with the system provider on all payroll related issues ensuring that effective working relationships are maintained.

**Requirements**:

- Experience using Workday
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, end to end payroll experience, ideally covering multiple payrolls
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office, especially Excel
- Extensive knowledge of PAYE, NI, SSP, SMP, P11D, RTI and auto-enrolment
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Accounting experience
- Experience with Navision
- Knowledge of payroll systems and UK statutory payroll legislation
- All behavioural competencies are also essential
