Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize business growth.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters and account managers, to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
* Negotiate contract terms and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
* Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.
Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably within the recruitment industry.
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
* Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
