Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and negotiating contracts. They will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the growth of the company.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, sales, or related roles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of the security and risk management industry
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
