Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat, striving to exceed their expectations.
Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
Collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
A passion for promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace and customer interactions.
Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
A customer service qualification or relevant vocational training.
Demonstrated understanding of equality and diversity principles in a customer service context.
Additional language skills to support our diverse customer base.
