Colchester Essex, United Kingdom Internetwork Expert Full time

Reporting to Senior Manager Sales Enablement Europe (SMSEE), SEL role will include an exciting blend of the following functions and responsibilities.

The priority is getting Bid Development set up and running but there are many other new and ongoing projects that we can build into the role.

BID DEVELOPMENT

To take the lead in establishing our Bid Development function in Europe, potentially supporting Middle East and Rest of World.

Role includes:

· Understand how Bid Development works in North America

· Design best solution to set up system in Europe including workflow / process map

· Manage Loopio account for Europe including content

· Link Loopio to HubSpot

· Identify and register with best sources of potential pricing opportunities

· Develop pipeline of opportunities with respective RSMs and Zone Managers

· Determine most appropriate metrics and report weekly on progress

HUBSPOT

SEL will work with SMSEE and others to identify the areas for development including:

· Develop a holistic view of the European business including all departments involved in the sales process

· Create process to view, manage and report on leads / deals from cradle to grave

· Refine dashboards and reporting for sales leaders

· Improve process for managing lifecycle stages of leads – especially territories without Sales Dev

· Training and ‘how to’ guides for sales team

· Measuring Sales Dev performance in financial terms

IMPACT

The SETL will be a champion of IMPACT and support the sales and sales enablement teams in adopting best practice in all areas, these will include:

· HubSpot – support Sales team through all 6 steps as they develop new business

· Drive IMPACT-orientated projects within the Sales Enablement department

· Support ongoing training

CHANNEL PARTNER MANAGEMENT

Support will be required for the following:

· Help to maintain Partner Portal including Partner details, contacts and tiers

· Add and remove partners

· Help prepare Quarterly Business Review (QBR) documentation (and customize for Europe)

· Identify how we can re-engineer Deal Registration function and link to HubSpot / Channeltivity
