As a People Experience Specialist at Slater Heelis, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the development and execution of people-focused initiatives that enhance employee engagement and contribute to a positive workplace culture. You will be involved in key projects across various areas of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, learning and development, wellbeing, and diversity and inclusion.


This role will key in supporting our leaders and teams, shaping our evolving culture, developing an environment of continuous improvement where our teams thrive and achieve lasting success and high performance.


Are you a current People Advisor, in People Ops or People Project Management and you are looking to take the next step in your career? You have experience in delivering human-centred people programs/initiatives - building creative solutions from idea to reality.
You’re comfortable in the grey, demonstrating agility in a scaling, high-growth environment and have project management and change management experience.
You show self-awareness and empathy, and apply people experience principles such as design thinking, agile HR and human centred design.
You’re a driver of personal development and growth, seeking out scaffolding opportunities.
You’re tech savvy - you have experience optimising digital solution platforms and tools.

Deliver People Initiatives - Actively contribute to key people projects within the People Roadmap. Change Management - Support and deliver change initiatives, partnering to embed these changes across the firm by working with teams and leaders, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
Upskilling - Support the upskilling, coaching, and development of people leaders across the firm. Help them implement best practices in people management and provide guidance on developing high-performing teams.

Co-creating, developing and implementing deliberate wellbeing programs that promote physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
Conduct and support wellbeing meetings and programs, liaising with health practitioners and external partners where necessary.


We're looking to offer a competitive basic salary of up to £40,000 (DOE)
